The second quarter of 2025 witnessed notable trends in the performance of the top food and drink apps in Nigeria. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into weekly downloads and active user metrics across a unified platform.

Chowdeck | Food Delivery experienced a significant fluctuation in weekly downloads. Starting with 29.7K downloads at the end of March, the app peaked at 90.5K by the end of April before stabilizing around 9K by the end of June. The app maintained a robust weekly active user base, with numbers hovering around 300K throughout the quarter.

The REWE - Supermarkt app saw a steady increase in downloads, reaching a high of 12.5K in the last week of June. Active users mirrored this growth, increasing from 3.8K in March to over 27K by the end of the quarter.
